A witch who hasn’t quite figured out how to let go of her past. She lives in one half of a twin cottage near the forest.
She has taken it upon herself to keep an eye on the not-fully-closed rift which her lost friend almost managed to seal.
Maeve is caring, self-sacrificing to a fault, and uses sarcasm as her shield.
She used to be cheerful and hopeful before she lost her friend, and though she’s not quite there anymore, she’s doing her best to not give up entirely.

Zodiac sign: Libra
A reserved, intelligent scholar who moved into the other half of the twin cottage.
He’s quite secretive and can be fairly prickly, but underneath the rough edges he’s genuinely kind and wants to help where he can.
He does have a tendency to sound like he knows everything — mostly because he likes sharing information and hasn’t quite mastered the art of filtering himself.
For him, reason usually comes first, and feelings stay hidden inside, where they belong.
